Please note that both our gites are available all year.
WEIR COTTAGE:
Lounge/Diner/Kitchen ~ this lovely open space has a large sofa and chair, dining table and chairs; kitchen area is fully equipped and there are stunning views of the lake and the river from the three windows in this area. The bedroom, with lake view has a double bed and storage. The bathroom, with a stunning view of the river, has a shower, toilet and vanity unit. RIVER COTTAGE:
Conservatory lounge area with sofa and chair, this has stunning views of the lake on one side and the river on the other. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity unit. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar where you can watch river gently flowing past as you enjoy your breakfast. The bedroom has a double bed and storage, with views over the river and open countryside. Outside there is parking for your car, the essential BBQ and a table and chairs.

SHARED FACILITIES:
There is an 'above-ground' pool with a large decked area.
There is a boat and kayak available for you to use on the lake
Fishing:
If you enjoy fishing, that is available on our lake or we can arrange a permit for all the local rivers and public lakes.
We would love the opportunity to welcome you to what our other visitors have called a beautiful and peaceful "piece of paradise", even during the winter if that's for you.

The prices above are per week or per night, please get in touch for prices for weekends and short breaks.
Please note that the prices between October and May, include the extra cost for heating. All linen and towels are included, except towels for the pool and hot tub.
Can you please note that the gites have double beds and also, that they are not suitable for small children, but we are happy to welcome your friendly dog.
